These were manufactured from early 2003 up to 2010. These vans were then given a face lift and called the T5.1 and so this is where the confusion can come in as to what van someone has.
The main difference between the T5 and T5.1 Facelift is the front end. You will notice the lights, front bumper, grill, bonnet and wing mirrors are different.

This vehicle was released in 2010 and called the T5.1 Facelift. It is different mainly on the front end which is much more modern. The front headlights, shape of the bonnet, wing mirrors are all updated and is the main way to tell the difference.
The registration number plate 01 up to 14 would be the T5.1.
Due to many people changing their front ends it can be deceiving as to whether it's a T5 or a T5.1 but if unsure you can do a vehicle check as per above.
This vehicle was launched in 2014. It is the latest line and replaced the T5 series. It mainly improved under the bonnet and in safety aspects but you can mainly tell the difference by the headlights.
This van was launched in 2019 and is now the most recent and current version. It is really a facelift of the T6 and the main difference is the front end such as the grille, more slim headlights and new side repeaters.
